Services Description
Staff Latin provides nearshore staffing, recruiting, and Employer of Record (EOR) services. We recruit, hire, and manage bilingual professionals in Mexico on behalf of U.S.-based companies. Our services include full-cycle recruiting, payroll administration, benefits management, and Mexican labor law compliance. Specific service terms are outlined in individual service agreements between Staff Latin and each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their hiring needs, company details, and role requirements. Clients are responsible for timely communication regarding candidate feedback, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions. All use of Staff Latin services must be lawful and in compliance with applicable U.S. and Mexican regulations.
Payment Terms
Fees for Staff Latin services are as agreed in separate service agreements executed between Staff Latin and each client. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and fee structures are detailed in those agreements. Late payments may be subject to service suspension or additional fees as outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Intellectual Property
Staff Latin owns all rights to its website, brand, logos, marketing materials, and proprietary processes. Clients retain full ownership of their own materials, data, and intellectual property. Work product created by employees placed through Staff Latin belongs to the client as specified in the applicable service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Staff Latin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid by the client during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. For matters relating to employment in Mexico, applicable Mexican Federal Labor Law governs the employment relationship. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
