Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about nearshore staffing, Employer of Record, and hiring bilingual talent in Mexico.
We’re a nearshore staffing agency that recruits, hires, and manages bilingual professionals in Mexico for U.S. companies. We handle sourcing, screening, hiring, payroll, IMSS, and Federal Labor Law compliance so you don’t have to set up a Mexican entity.
Deel and Remote are SaaS platforms with self-serve dashboards. We’re a hands-on partner. An operator who runs cross-border teams every day is on every call. You get full-cycle recruiting plus management — not just contracts and payroll routing.
Most clients save 40–60% on fully loaded labor costs versus equivalent U.S. roles, including our service fee. We share specific numbers on a discovery call once we understand the role and seniority you need.
Most placements are made in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. Senior or specialized roles may take longer. We start interviewing pre-screened candidates within days.
Bilingual customer support, sales development, accounting, virtual assistants, marketing coordinators, software developers, operations, and back-office roles. If a role can be done remotely with English/Spanish fluency, we can likely place it.
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a hire isn’t the right fit within the first 90 days, we replace them at no additional cost.
An EOR is a third-party organization that becomes the legal employer of your workers in Mexico. Staff Latin handles payroll, taxes, IMSS registration, benefits, and compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law — while you manage the day-to-day work.
No. That’s the entire point of our EOR service. We hire employees under our Mexican entity so you can build a team in Mexico without incorporating there.
Everything required under Mexican Federal Labor Law: IMSS registration, INFONAVIT contributions, aguinaldo (Christmas bonus), vacation premium, PTU (profit sharing), severance calculations, and proper employment contracts.
Customer support, virtual assistants, software developers, accountants, administrative assistants, sales development reps, marketing coordinators, and operations roles. If a role can be performed remotely with English and Spanish fluency, we can likely place it.
We typically present first candidates within 2 weeks of kickoff. Most placements are made in 2–4 weeks. Senior or highly specialized roles may take longer depending on the market.
Absolutely. Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey all have short direct flights from most major U.S. cities. Many of our clients visit their teams quarterly or semi-annually.
Mexican labor law mandates specific vacation days, holidays, and leave entitlements. As your EOR, we manage all of this — tracking accruals, processing time-off requests, and ensuring compliance with minimum vacation requirements that increase with tenure.
We handle seamless conversions. If you’re using our contract-to-hire service and want to bring someone on permanently, we manage the employment transition, draft the full-time contract, and onboard them under our EOR — no disruption to the employee.
