I've spent my career building and operating businesses that depend on cross-border teams. I'm the founder of CallCentered, a U.S.-based BPO, and I run day-to-day operations with bilingual teams in Mexico. I know what compliant hiring in Mexico actually requires — IMSS, aguinaldo, PTU, Federal Labor Law contracts — because I manage it firsthand, not through a vendor.
